Problem solving
Creating a data solution from scratch. We start by speaking to stakeholders in an organisation to build a deep understanding of problems faced and what data can be used to solve them. After this, we create either a static report containing visuals and narrative summarising the insights or a dynamic solution that a user can interact with to retrieve their own insights. For dynamic solutions, we also create the relevant pipelines, enabling a user to easily update the data, as well as thorough documentation of how the solution works and how to maintain it.
Process overhaul
Sometimes, an organisation may have a pre-existing data solution. In these cases, we examine the existing data product and identify opportunities to enhance it. This can involve altering visuals and layouts to make it easier for a stakeholder to use, developing a pipeline to automate transformation and streamline updates, or modelling the data to ensure integrity and improve the quality of insights delivered.
Training
When an organisation wishes to build its analytical capabilities, we arrange sessions to share our knowledge. Whether it's remote or onsite, we strive to understand our audience and help them build their capacity to use analytical tools such as Power BI to solve problems and deliver lasting value.
